Hail and wind and another loss…
9 May 2005The weather was FREAKY today. We had wind, rain, and hail! Isn’t it the month of May? 😛
I love my new phone! It’s so small and so cute and takes decent pictures. LOL! And I love how I can just slip it into my pocket. 😀 Weird, eh?
Because I’m so disgusted, baseball stuff follows… (more…)
Diamond Level living…
7 May 2005
My new phone, the Motorola RAZR V3, in black. 😉
Yes, I got a new phone for my bday!!! I’m still going to use my P910a, but when I want to carry something smaller, I’m using the RAZR. Isn’t it HOT? Yowsa! THANK YOU SWEETIE!!! 🙂

So excited, so EXCITED!!!
3 May 2005So, it’s May 3rd (aka my bday) and guess what I’m doing tonight? I’m going to the A’s game!!! 😀
Okay, it’s not in our luxury suite, BUT rather we’re sitting at the Diamond Level. Know where that is? It’s right behind homeplate and the only way to get there is through the visiting team’s hallway (or something like that). I AM SO FREAKIN’ EXCITED!!! How the heck am I going to work knowing that in mere hours I will be sitting in the second row of the Diamond Level seats watching my A’s play.
The game is on channel 36 here in the Bay Area, so all you A’s fans out there check it out and you might see me and the hubby. If a good soul happens to record the game, email me so that I can snag a copy from you. 🙂
Alas, I only have my camera phone, so my pictures probably won’t be as groovy as with my regular camera. Oh well. I’ll still take a bunch and perhaps Buzznet or Textamerica them during the course of the game. I’m so goofy like that. 😆
Diamond Level seats certainly take the edge off of being another year older. 😉
THANK YOU HUSBAND MINE!!! 😀
Weekend rundown…
1 May 2005An entry not totally related to baseball. Can you imagine? 😆

Family and friends in faraway places…
26 April 2005Today is my friend’s birthday. I actually called her! She’s expecting a baby and since I hadn’t heard from her in a bit, I wondered if she had the kid already. She hasn’t. Hopefully she’ll give me a call or email me when she has the little one. It’s raining in her part of the world (Ohio) and when she told me, I laughed a bit because I was watching the Cardinals game and it was raining there too. 🙂
And in Australia, it’s already tomorrow and therefore the birthday of Erik Thomson, one of my favorite actors. Too bad (for me) that he does most of his work Down Under. I miss seeing him on my TV. Alas! I should really update my website on him. Gosh.
My sister in Atlanta called me while I was on my way home. She just sold her house and is buying another *and* trying to plan her wedding. Lots on her plate! I’m looking forward to seeing her new digs when we go out there for her wedding. Plus I plan on going to a Braves game. I don’t care how hot it is! Maybe Hudson will be pitching. 😀
The A’s just tied up the game. Maybe they’ll pull it out tonight. 🙂

Old Blogger entries imported!
16 April 2005Well, I did it. I think it worked. Ye gods! Over a thousand Blogger entries?! Because of the narrow confines of this layout (which I don’t really mind), some of the pictures will not show up correctly in the old posts. You’ll just have to deal with it. But hey, at least I didn’t lose any posts! 😀 I think. 😆
The only entry I did not import was the very last one about the blog moving here. 😛 Oh, and the comments. Bummer. Oh well! 😉
Next up is me trying the whole gallery thing here. Yeah!
