The A’s ROCKED! Wow, 24 hits?! Even though we got both Bay Area feeds today, we watched the Giants one because the picture was better. πŸ˜† The game was most groovy. πŸ˜‰ Rich Harden was on his game and the rest of the A’s crew got it done in convincing fashion. Groovay!

Oh yes, and Jason Kendall turned 31 today. πŸ˜‰ Feliz Cumpleaños, Mr. Catcher.

A win for Haren!

I’ve been editing the pictures I took last night and realized an hour into today’s game that it was game time. πŸ˜† So between cropping and pasting and all of that, I checked up on the game online. Too bad we didn’t get to see it out here in the Central Valley. SUCKS!

When everything is uploaded and such, you can check out my photos from yesterday here. I guess I need more practice with my camera because some of the shots didn’t turn out as I would have liked. But they look “artistic,” so I kept them nonetheless. πŸ˜‰

Thanks to our suite guests last night! πŸ™‚ It’s so much fun having people enjoying themselves in our suite.

Sweet time in the suite…

Woohoo, the A’s won! πŸ˜‰ I’ve set up my mobile to get game alerts, so when the A’s game was over, my little Razr made a cute noise and vibrated. πŸ˜† You’ve got to love technology. I do!

Tomorrow we toil through a Friday workday, then head to the Coliseum for the A’s/Giants game. Yeehaw! The suite (loge #60 for this game) will be full this time around. Workmates and friends. Fun stuff. I hope everyone has a good time. And I hope the A’s kick ass. Yah!

Rats, I’m so behind on emails. Why? I have no idea. And yet here I am blogging. Such is my life.

So looking forward to tomorrow! πŸ˜€

Alas for Zito

Barry Zito pitched well and the A’s still couldn’t get it done for the win. FRUSTRATING!

Oh, and Mulder lost too.

Just a not so nice day in my baseball world. πŸ˜›

The Longest Day of the Year

21 June 2005

Happy Summertime! πŸ˜€ ‘Tis officially summer. Ahhh, glorious.

woohoo! Oakland 4, Seattle 2
at Safeco Field

Winning pitcher – Rich Harden (3-3)
Losing pitcher – Joel Pineiro (2-4)

SV – Justin Duchscherer (3)

Oakland Runs: 4, Hits: 8, Errors 0
Seattle Runs: 2, Hits: 7, Errors 1

HR: OAK: D. Johnson (1) SEA:
Oakland Record:(31-39)

Rich Harden was back on the mound and got the win. Groovay! πŸ˜‰ Too bad that once again, we didn’t have it out here in the Central Valley. I’m sorry, but why do we have the Giants two nights in a row? More Giants games play out here than A’s games and I find that utterly insulting. Ughhhh! It should be an even split between both teams or they shouldn’t be part of this area and then I can get all the A’s games on DirecTV. I think if either team is showing on tv in the Bay Area, then they should be showing out here too if they are part of this area. It shouldn’t have to be a contest between them.

Grrrr!

Otherwise, HAPPY SUMMER! πŸ˜€

Monday off…

Super sweet!!! πŸ˜€

I stayed home from work because of crazy stomach, but the game wasn’t on tv out here in the freakin’ Central Valley. Grrrr! Oh well, I got to watch some of the Cardinals game, so my baseball watching was satisfied. They won too. Most cool. πŸ˜‰
