The suite was full tonight…
For home game number 35, we had loge suite 60. All our food was set out and ready to eat. (We ordered ahead of time so that all we had to do was show up and consume drinks and food. :lol:) The A’s were up against the Giants, their across the Bay rivals. 😉 This time around we invited friends and workmates, a mix of A’s and Giants fans. It was our first full suite and a success, I think.

Yes, we had alcohol. Hey, we’re all adults! I only drank soda, as I was to drive home after the game. I didn’t mind. I can have quite a bit of fun without sipping the alcohol, thank you very much. 😉 Besides, it’s fun watching others get just a little silly after a few drinks. I am ever amused.

Oh yes, and the game! WE WON!!! 😀 Okay, I must admit, I was a little tense in the 9th inning. But Duchscherer managed the save. And wow, Blanton did a fantastic job! (Okay, except for the part with the 3-run homer.) I was duly impressed. And I MUST mention Bobby Crosby and his homerun. YEEHAW! 😀 Thrilling, of course.
We were visited by the fellow in charge of suite sales and he gave us four tickets for a game in August. It’s a Tuesday night game and gosh, it’s free for us! I think I wouldn’t mind going, just to have another game under my belt. 😆 I’m like the super fanchick this season, eh? Or perhaps just overindulgent. 😛
