Oakland’s Zito shines under the lights

I must give a HUGE THANK YOU to MLB Photo Lady for the Mulder shot. Awww! And Getty Photo Guy, thank you so much for trying. 😀

COUNTDOWN

So, just ten more days of work for me. Ye gods! I just want it to END. I’m tired of wearing the polyester, I’m tired of feeling sick when I’m in the office (the air in there sucks!), and I’m tired of the staff dining food. Blah! 😛

My “exit interview” is sometime next week. The person who interviews me has to fill out an employee termination interview report, as follows (along with what I would LIKE to answer and what I will probably answer):

1. Reason for exit My answer will be PERSONAL.
2. Does employee have a new job? Why does the employee think it is a better job than his/her position with the County? My answer: No, I do not have a new job. And if I did, it’s not your business why I think it’s better than my position now.
3. Evaluate employee’s comments on the following:
Supervision Most of them are decent
Fellow employees Worked well with most
Work conditions Horrible
Agency personnel policies Lacking
County benefits The best thing next to the paycheck
4. What do you think is the real reason for leaving (give as much detail as possible) NONE OF YOUR FREAKIN’ BUSINESS! Do they really have to try and figure that out?
5. Based on your discussion with the employee, what changes in Agency or County policies would satisfy the employee? How about informing the employees about the department’s plans? How about reworking payroll so that we don’t have all these mistakes? How about a little respect for the little people?!
6. General comments of interview Hopefully he writes that I was pleasant and honest.

But will I be honest? We shall see…
