HAPPY BIRTHDAY BARRY ZITO!
I hope Zito has a lovely birthday. He has a radio show at MLB.com and I actually sent out birthday wishes to him. Like he’s going to answer. Barry turns the big 25 today. I remember when I was 25. LOL! My boys are in Detroit tonight. Hope they have an excellent series!
On the whole Survivor thing, I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks it’s stupid Jenna won. My only comfort is that perhaps she saw what an ASS she was and realizes that she was an ASS in front of millions of people. As my cousin said, “she represents so much of what women should NOT be.” Amen. Maybe when she’s older and perhaps a bit wiser, she’ll see how insulting she was to most of the women out there…
Tonight, American Idol. Omigosh, it’s go time! I hope they all do well. It’s harder now to pick a favorite because I think they’re all great. I still love Ruben though. But I think I picked Clay to win when I started watching. We shall see…

10. Thought-provoking question of the week: At the last minute, you obtain tickets to an event you’re dying to attend. However, you have to work that day! Do you ask the boss for the time off, or just call in sick? I ask for the day off. What if I call in sick and then I see a whole bunch of co-workers at the event? Aaack!
