I want an A’s customizable jersey! I just got an email from MLB.com to get 15% off all official team jerseys. So now I want one! Hey, my birthday is in a few weeks, maybe I can hint. LOL! But what number? Whose name? I could be all Mulder chick and go for the number 20/Mulder jersey. Or I could be goofy and do a “Kiari” or “Walelia” or “Valerie.” Hey, my own name? That would be different. LOL!
While watching American Idol last night, Ryan Seacrest made a crack at Nashville Star that didn’t sit well with me. “What would our show be without the talent? Nashville Star…” I absolutely DISAGREE with him and thought that it was a cheap shot. Truth be told, the remaining contestants of Nashville Star (minus Brandon, who can’t really sing, in my opinion) are all more talented separately than the second best of American Idol. (I won’t say that they’re more talented than Ruben, ’cause he’s the ONE.) Bottom line, I would buy any CD put out by Buddy Jewell, Miranda Lambert, Amy Chappell, or Jamey Gardner (who got booted this past weekend) but I will likely only buy an American Idol CD if it’s Ruben. How can you say that the singer/songwriters of Nashville Star have less talent that the singers of American Idol? You can’t and you shouldn’t. Bad on the host of American Idol…
