HAPPY TUESDAY
When I got to work yesterday, here’s the conversation I had with the supervisor:
Him: What are you doing here?
Me: She scheduled me to work.
Him: Why?
Me: Because I didn’t work the last holiday.
Him: So.
Me: Exactly!
I suppose I shouldn’t mind getting paid double time and a half for filing some files and doing some booking, but I couldn’t help feel it was such a waste of time (mine) and money (theirs). Stupid crap. And I hate to even complain! Sucks.
It’s less than an hour before they announce they announce the American League Most Valuable Player. I’m hoping for Miguel Tejada. We shall see…
And, two years ago this very day, I had the happy opportunity to meet William Gregory Lee for the first time. That convention still makes me smile and I am so glad that the first meeting between the two of us was so sweet. He’s a great guy and I’m glad to know him. 😀
Oh, and a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to RYAN GOSLING! Wow, he’s 22. Happy days to you, Ryan. 😉
