WIN NUMBER 18: A’s over the Twins, 7-5. Coming into the ninth inning, the A’s had the lead. But Mark Mulder gave up two homers, then Billy Koch came in and gave up another. They got out of the inning with the score 4-5. Bottom of the ninth, Ramon Hernandez worked the pitcher to get a walk. Ray Durham got a basehit. Olmedo Saenz struck out. Miguel Tejada came up to the plate. He ended up hitting a walk off home run to win the game! It was the most dramatic ninth inning I have ever seen!
