Thank you! I thought I was the only one who *didn’t* blame the players at all in the whole bargaining thing. This article certainly coincides with my opinion. STRIKE OUT

YEEHAW, BASEBALL GOES ON!!! I cannot tell you how relieved I am. I thought it was a dream! I almost cried. (I would have cried if the strike had happened.) Baseball goes on. My A’s take the field tonight with Tim Hudson on the mound. LET’S GO A’S!!!

They’re down to the wire. I haven’t gone to sleep yet. No, I’m not keeping track of the baseball thing. I’ve been playing Text Twister at Yahoo. Man, it’s addicting!

I learned something new a few minutes ago. If you go to Yahoo or Google and type in my name (kiari, walelia, or valerie) along with Mark Mulder or Barry Zito, you’ll get this site! Ye gods! I should tell people that when they ask me about my website. LOL! I guess this means that I talk about them a lot here, eh? 😛

Speaking of Mark Mulder, he’s set to be at the 15th Annual Labor Day Weekend Collectors Show in San Francisco. I WANNA GO! I want my Mark Mulder moment. I’ve had my Barry Zito moment (twice, if you count the first time I met him). Now it’s time for Mark Mulder. All I want is a picture *with* him. Is it too much to ask? Should it be so difficult? He plays in Oakland, for goodness’ sakes! Yet here I am, the season at the home stretch and I have yet to say howdy to the guy. 😀 Like I’d say howdy. I just want a picture with him. Oh, and okay, an autograph too. That would be nice. That would be very nice indeed…
