About an hour ago, we had an earthquake here. 5.2 or so, centered in Gilroy. Ye gods! I was just getting out of the truck and I felt a wobble. I thought it was because I had flung the door open. Twas weird!
Work was a bit somber tonight. One of the midnight shift died on his way home. I didn’t know him, but it was still a shock when they had us all gather in the break room. He was only 19. My thoughts and prayers to his family…
