4 April 2002

First off, my A’s lost. πŸ™ Ahh well, they won the series, eh? πŸ˜‰ Score, 7-5, Texas. πŸ˜›

Second, I just read a most interesting “Baseball Perspective” by Mychael Urban. URBAN LEGENDS: BASEBALL GROUPIES, FACT OR FICTION? It gave me a laugh, but it also struck me because I’ve been thinking of doing a baseball story. Now, if you know me, you know that I’m ever aspiring to write something, anything! (Hence the weblog? LOL!) Anyhoo, the story is a romance between a baseball player and a woman who works for the team. Or something like that. πŸ˜‰ I’m tempted to write Mr. Urban and tell him how I enjoyed his perspective. Then I want to ask him if women work for the team or perhaps the media relations. I’m sure women are there somewhere, but since I have no idea about the business, I can’t say. The article is funny though (unless you’re a “groupie”) and I liked it. πŸ˜‰

Alas, I won’t get to publish this after I finish typing. “Sorry, publishing is temporarily unavailable.” Rats! Oh well…

Another day closer to 31. Ye gods!

I started a revamp on my main kiari.com page. Now I realize I should do one for Vida alΓ‘ Valerie if I want to include this weblog. Oh well…

The A’s are now 3-0 on the season! Sounds like it was a bit of a wacky game, but the A’s beat the Rangers 9-6. Good going guys!

I know, I’m easily amused, but I saw this on a license plate frame for a Jeep Cherokee today:

It made me laugh. πŸ˜‰

Yeah yeah, easily amused…
