A Happy Thanksgiving=> us, two cousins, my sis & bro-in-law, my cousin and her dad my uncle…
Thanksgiving was a groovy time…
I had the loveliest time yesterday. We went to Alameda for Thanksgiving, to my aunt’s house just a short walk from the beach. She has had Thanksgiving for MANY years, but it’s been too long since I last visited there for the holiday. And I had the best time last night. We just ate, sat around, chatted. Nothing too exciting. Just relaxing and casual. I got to talk with my cousins and catch up a bit. My nephew’s kids are so adorable! I had fun just watching them play. I even got a hug from the little man. He’s so cute! Reminds me of my nephew at that age. 🙂
My sister and brother-in-law came in from Atlanta yesterday morning. We picked them up at the airport. A couple of hours later, we headed out to Alameda. I ate so much! 😆

The Xmas tree is already up!… my nephew’s daughter… my nephew’s son and my dad… a family shot… an ornament…
My aunt already has her Xmas tree up! It’s artificialy, so it’s not going to get dry or anything. 😉 The theme is red this year. She changes it up every year. Pretty cool. The older folks played mahjong or poker. It’s funny how things don’t really change. I still find comfort in the cascading sound of the mahjong tiles when they’re being mixed. 🙂
Today my family came over– my parents, my sister and brother-in-law, and my cousin and her hubby. Another day of hanging out and relaxing, except this time I had to supply the food! 😆 And since I don’t cook, we ordered sandwiches from Togo’s, then bought some chips and drinks and stuff like that.
I showed off my appearance on the Xena season six DVD extras. 😆 It’s WEIRD watching myself on TV. And towards the end I put in COUPLING. I love that show!!! 🙂 My sister wanted a couple of episodes of Grey’s Anatomy, so I found those for her. She’s so obsessed with that show. It’s funny! And of course, I’m totally sympathetic. 😉
And that’s all so far. I feel a bit tired right now, but I want to watch some tv. 😆
