Well, it was over almost a month ago for me, but for the rest of the world, it was over last night. The Chicago White Sox swept the Houston Astros. Congrats to the White Sox! Alas to the Astros!
And many congratulations to World Series MVP, Jermaine Dye!!! 😀
Things fanchick and otherwise follow…
FINALLY watched this week’s ep of Prison Break. So many things happened! Explosions, blood, fires, dead cat. Ye gods! And the vice president? Wowsers! I want to know what happens in the end, but I’m also trying to savor the journey to it. I really enjoy the show a lot. 😉
I joined a Supernatural livejournal community. Am I that into the show? I’m not sure. But it’s fun to read some of the posts, even though I’m behind on the episodes. 😉 It’s nice to know the show has a following. Maybe it’ll last more than one season? Because who wouldn’t want to see Jensen Ackles every week for more than one tv season? Exactly! 😆
The weather is cooling down here in California. We’ve had some sprinkles and such. I like how the temperature has dropped just enough for sweaters and long sleeves. Most lovely!
Ryan Gosling was spotted in Mississippi the other night. The person who saw him didn’t take the opportunity to say hello. I think he would have been approachable. I would have gone up to him. Of course, I say that only because I know he’s a nice guy. At least he was five years ago. He couldn’t have changed that much. 😉
