I feel it, the A’s season is slipping away. Sometimes I wonder if it’s better to know sooner than a week before it ends.
So let me talk about Prison Break first.
I am so hooked on this show!!! I know I’ve said it before but I am truly on the edge of my seat whenever we’re watching it. Last night was the first “to be continued” episode, though really all the eps leave you wanting more. It’s exciting and nerve wracking! I love it! 😆
Oh, and then there’s the A’s.
LA Angels 4, Oakland 3 at McAfee Coliseum
Winning pitcher – John Lackey (13-5)
Losing pitcher – Joe Blanton (11-12)
SV – Francisco Rodriguez (42)
LA Angels Runs: 4, Hits: 6, Errors 0
Oakland Runs: 3, Hits: 6, Errors 1
HR: LAA: S. Finley (12)
HR: OAK: E. Chavez (26)
Oakland Record:(85-71)
If they lose again to the Angels, they are out of the playoff race. They knew they had to win. They knew they had to sweep. But now each game is a definite must win until they lose. And then it’s just playing out the rest of the season. I don’t want to lose faith in my boys, but they’re making it difficult…
