WORK CHATTER
I felt weird being at work today. Right before it was time for me to leave, I decided to check out the General Orders. I found the memo/form that I will need to fill out. I also found the basic procedures for “employee separation.” There was a checklist for the exit interview. The person filling it out is supposed to ask all kinds of questions and give their opinion the person leaving. I just thought it was a little strange. I cannot wait until I get to turn in my resignation!
And yet I’m still a little scared…
