Peterson case finds court – Can I just say thank goodness it’s not coming to Alameda County? I do not think we could have handled it, security wise. Whew! My co-worker and I talked about it last night, the possibility of the trial coming to Alameda County. It would have been disastrous!
But come on, does the defense really think Peterson is going to get a fairer trial in San Mateo County as opposed to Stanislaus? The story is NATIONAL. Everyone knows about it. They are going to have a hell of a time selecting the jury. I am so glad I do not live in San Mateo County! I do not think I could be unbiased in this case…

Jen – The whole attitude at Payroll boggles me. Actually, I think it’s the Commander’s attitude. You should have seen the memo he sent out to everyone a couple of months ago. It basically said that if you don’t fill out your timesheet correctly Payroll has a right to not pay you. We were supposed to sign it. I did not. I didn’t like the “tone” of it. 😛 I know I have to fill out a timesheet, I don’t need to sign anything saying that. I think I did that when I was hired.
