So after my post this morning, we braved the Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto for the Christmas shopping. A couple of hours later, we had the bulk of our gifts in bags. Quick stops to Best Buy and Circuit City and we were done! All in all, it probably took about three hours to get our shopping done. Not bad, eh?
At this very moment, my jazz.walelia.com and walelia.com are both down. SUCKS!!! Whenever things like this happen, I get all antsy and think maybe I should move this to my other subdomain, thezone.walelia.com. But that’s my Mark Mulder site, which I have yet to officially open. 😛
THE RETURN OF THE KING
While we were at Circuit City, we stopped in front of the televisions to catch some of the 49er game. Most of the TVs were playing the Citcuit City stuff to show off the sets. Then they began a long preview of The Return of the King.
Sure, Legolas, but I kept looking for Éomér. KARL URBAN!!! 😉 I hope his part is bigger in this final film. It always makes me giggle when I see him onscreen. I’m so proud of him. 😀

CHRISTMAS CARDS READY TOO!
After we came home, I popped in one of my Christmas mixes and sat down to do our holiday cards. Ye gods! It took me awhile. I finished my mix, listened to Michael Bublé’s 5 song CD, then on came Kenny Chesney. I might have to make another Christmas mix. I don’t care if I’ve already got 3! LOL!
