I’m not looking forward to driving the drive to work. I hope it doesn’t rain while I’m driving and I hope everyone drives safely…
Time goes by so swiftly! With the cold weather suddenly here and the holidays fast approaching, I feel this strange rush to get things done. I always want to have my Christmas presents bought before December, but I just don’t see it happening. Am I too lazy? No motivation. Plus it gets harder and harder every year to think of new things to buy!
Sharon (if you’re reading this), I met Karl Urban back in 1998 and last saw him in person in 2001. He was Cupid and Caesar on the tv shows Xena and Hercules and he did the convention thing for awhile. He kissed me! On the cheek, but still! He’s got this gorgeous voice and wicked sense of humor and if you like accents, his Kiwi accent will make you swoon. 😉 You can read more about my Karl adventures at my pages for the Pasadena 2001 convention and the Sacramento 1998 convention.
I love the holiday season too, Chelle. But time does a weird thing during the days before Christmas and New Year’s. You’re distracted by all the shopping and preparing, then when the day finally comes, you wish it could last forever. At least, that’s how it is with me. And you just never have enough time to enjoy all the Christmas music. I think that’s why I’m going to start listening now. 😀
The older you get, the faster time goes, Amy. It’s crazy! So I try and enjoy every moment. Especially when it’s baseball season. LOL!

Lucy, looking smaller than she really is.
That’s Lucy up here. She and Nicky (the dog in yesterday’s post) are the parents of my doggie Saffy.

Saffy needing a grooming…
And that’s Saffy. She needs a grooming! Ye gods. 😛
Time for me to get ready for work. Blah!
