Meesh has an AWESOME Evanescence layout. It’s SMASHING! So talented, so talented. And here I am waiting until November or so to change my layout, if I even change it. I like looking at my baseball boys everytime my browser opens. LOL!
Juli, I bet you could get “I(heart)THEO” for a license plate. Oh wait, nope, it’s not available! (I just checked.) Someone else hearts THEO. 😛

That’s me and my friend. He got transferred (lucky man!), so I don’t get to talk baseball with him anymore. I keep saying, “I miss him!” He’s fun to talk with. If the Giants and the A’s make it to the World Series, it would have been so much fun going back and forth about it! Alas. I hope he’s having fun riding BART to work. 😉 Don’t I look slightly crazed in the picture? Maybe you can’t tell because it’s small. In the larger version of the picture, I look a little wild. 😛
I’m so glad it’s Friday!
And work sucks ass sometimes. I just can’t believe the work ethic, or lack there of, demonstrated everyday by certain people. And they get away with it! Hey, men with the stripes (because they are usually men), take these people to task. Stop trying to tell the whole group that we need to work together. Why not tell the individuals that they need to shape up. It’s demoralizing to have to sit in muster and hear about how some of us are doing a terrible job, etc. If I’m doing something wrong, TELL ME. But don’t make me sit there and listen to a bunch of crap that has NOTHING to do with ME or with most of the people in the room. Oh, and don’t tell me, “Well, it’s easy for you to say,” when I tell you something. If I say something critical about another person, it’s NOT easy for me to say. I would rather keep my opinions to myself. But if I do say something, then it means that it’s SERIOUS. I know I’m a good worker. My evaluations back me up. So does my opinion count for something? I think it should.
I’m glad the Lt came in while I was going off in muster yesterday. I hope he heard what I was saying. I hope I said it in an articulate and clear manner. I certainly don’t want to say that the Sgts aren’t doing their jobs, but damnit, they aren’t! Well first, we have to actually have a Sgt in the office. Apparently we’re so good at what we do that we don’t need a supervisor in office. BULLSHIT. If Admin would get their heads out of their asses, maybe they would realize that we are an IMPORTANT part of the facility. Don’t they realize that no one moves unless we in the office do something? Like book, write the bails, count the dispos, answer the phones, release, etc.
And just in case someone from work is actually reading all the above, remember, this is merely my opinion. My lowly, unheard, and disregarded opinion.
Now I’ve got to do my timesheet. Rant off. 😉
