So I totally suck. Lisa is coming up from LA for the Renaissance Pleasure Faire and I won’t make the almost two hour drive to Hollister by myself to meet up with her. Isn’t that just bogus? I know, I suck! But after having two different cars die on me within the last six months, coupled with the fact that I don’t like to drive alone to places I’ve never been, you can perhaps see why I hesitate. Yes? No?
I would love to see my friend, I would. I just don’t want to drive all that way ALONE. I’ve never been there and I am uncomfortable driving alone along strange highways. Alas!
Of course, she’s mad at me. I don’t blame her, I don’t at all…
I finally bought the soundtrack to Pirates of the Caribbean! I’m going to listen to it at work. We also bought Dierks Bentley. Yeah, “What Was I Thinking?” indeed? LOL! (You’ll get that if you know who Dierks Bentley is.) I also got a copy of the magazine Science of Mind. Reason? Mr. Barry Zito is on the cover. 😀
I took lots of pictures on Saturday. Did I mention that? Yes, lots. But I’m still working on Daisy’s party pictures, so it will be awhile before I get to the pics from this weekend. And then NEXT weekend is the TriStar show. I’m so looking forward to it! I don’t know what to wear! LOL! I really hope Mark Mulder is there. I want another picture with him! Oh, and Tim Hudson too. Then, my collection will be complete– a picture with each of the “Big Three.” 😀
And my thoughts and prayers to the Bonds family on their loss this past weekend. Twas a sad day in baseball…
