Haren shuts down Giants in opener – Great game! Oddly enough, I wasn’t too nervous for the A’s, though usually I’d be on the edge of my seat in a 1-0 game. The apple martini thing helped, I think. Oh, and all that food I ate before the very strong apple martini thing.
